3i Infotech Ltd acquires Regulus

{image-31 infotech_13062008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, June 13: Software services firm 3i Infotech Ltd today said it has acquired leading independent remittance provider and document (bills) processing services provider Regulus Group LLC (Regulus).

The company has now completed the acquisition, it said in a statement. However, it did not disclose the financial details of the transaction. 3i Infotech, a global information technology company providing services to banking, insurance, manufacturing, contracting, retail and distribution and government sector, had signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent shares of US-based Regulus on April 29 this year.

The company provides technology solutions in more than 50 countries across five continents.
