Cooperation with Canada in science, technology

New Delhi, June 12 : The Union Cabinet today gave its approval to the Memorandum of Agreement (MoU) signed between Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, and Canada's National Institute of Renewable Energy, University of Saskatchewan, in the field of scientific and technological cooperation.

Earlier, another MoU on Indo-Canadian Renewable Energy Cooperation came into force on March 28 in New Delhi.

The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation in research, design and development of new and renewable energy technologies.
