1 HM militant arrested in Kashmir
Srinagar, Jun 12 (UNI) A Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militant was arrested by the security forces in north Kashmir, official sources said today.
They said Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police and 125 batallion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) conducted a search operation at Sheikh Mohalla, Vilgam, in the frontier district of Kupwara.
During the operation one militant Ghulam Nabi Sheikh was arrested and recovered one Chinese pistol, a magazine and four rounds.
The militant was earlier working with Al- Fatah militant oufit before joining HM.
