Prem Chandra Mishra removed from spokesman of state Congress
Patna June 11(UNI) President of the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) Sadanand Singh today removed Prem Chandra Mishra from the post of Chief Spokesman of the state unit of the party.
Spokesman of the BPCC H K Verma said action was taken against Mr Mishra for his public statement against the state leadership of the party.Show cause notice had been issued against the general secretary of the party Jamal Ahmed Bhallu for his statement to the press against the party leadership of the state, he added.
Another party leader Dr Vinod Sharam had been suspended from the primery membership for six years for anti party activities.
Meanwhile, Prem Chandra Mishra said that state unit of the party had no right to remove him from the post of the spokesman as he had been appointed by the central leadership of the party. '' I have always exposed the failure of Nitish Kumar government and propagated the achievement of UPA government at the centre '', he added.
