Pregnant housewife commits suicide in Punjab
Bathinda, June 11 (UNI) A five month pregnant housewife today allegedly committed suicide after consuming a poisonous substance at her home in Bhai Roopa village of the district.
According to police sources, the deceased identified as Kulwinder Kaur was rushed to the civil hospital by her in-laws at Rampura Phul where she was declared brought dead.
The statement of her husband, Gurdev Singh that his wife had committed suicide, was contested by her brother, who alleged that she had been murdered by the in-laws.
