New Delhi, Jun 11 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today released a commemmorative postage stamp on late Congress leader and parliamentarian Rajesh Pilot.
On the occasion, the Prime Minister hailed Mr Pilot as the person who revolutionised the communication scenario in the country.
Mr Pilot had been Minister of State for Communication with Independent charge in 1991. He died in a road accident in 2000.
