Petition against Godman adjourned

Kochi, June 11 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today adjourned till Friday the hearing of a writ petition, seeking a direction to the CBI and Directorate of Central Intelligence to inquire into the assets and money transfers of self-styled Godman Santhosh Madhavan.

The petition, which came up before a Division Bench, comprising Justices K Balakrishnan Nair and M V Hari Rani, also sought to investigate into the connections of Santhosh Madhavan with the hawala racket.

The petitioner, A M Varghese of Thiruvananthapuram, alleged that Santhosh Madhavan's friends were threatening him as he had received many documents about Sathosh Madhavan's deeds.
