NIIT Ltd Q4 net up 47% at Rs 25.2 cr

New Delhi, Jun 11 (UNI) Country's leading IT education firm, NIIT Ltd today said its net profit has registered a growth of 47 per cent to Rs 25.2 crore for the quarter ended March 2008 as compared to Rs 17.14 crore in the same period last year.

The net revenue also surged six per cent to Rs 272.4 crore for Q4 FY08 as compared to Rs 256.98 crore in the same period previous year.

For 2007-08, the company registered 32 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 75.6 crore as compared to Rs 57.2 crore in the previous fiscal.

The net revenue also surged 27 per cent to Rs 1,006.8 crore for the year ended March 2008 as compared to Rs 795.1 crore in the last financial year.
