Unemployed man kills wife over suspected affair

New Delhi, Jun 10 (UNI) Suspecting illicit relations, an unemployed man killed his 32-year-old wife in Baljit Nagar area of west Delhi.

Narendra, 36, was arrested last evening soon after he walked into the Patel Nagar police station narrating the incident, said the police.

The incident took place at about 2000 hrs yesterday after the two had a fight over the allegation.

Narendra told the police he slit the throat of his wife Shiela with a knife.

While Sheila did a tailoring job in a factory, Narendra did small errands as a part time electrician.

Married for the last eleven years, the couple have a 9-year-old son.
