Two killed, 10 injured in car accident
Tirupati, June 10 (UNI) Two persons were killed and eight others, including two women and a child, seriously injured when a car in which they were travelling overturned at Yerpedu, about 20 km from here, today.
Police said the occupents of the car, hailing from Narasaraopet in Guntur district, were going to Tirumala temple when the mishap occurred.
Police said Ramakrishna Prasad (45) was killed on the spot, while Srinivasa Rao (42) succumbed to injuries at Government Ruia hospital, Tirupati.
Five others, including two women, a child and the driver, were seriously injured in the accident.
