Smack seized from three persons, including a woman

Fatehgarh Sahib, June 10 (UNI) The district police zeized 11 grams smack from two different places in the state and arrested three persons including a woman in this connection, police today stated.

In the first incident, Balwinder Singh, a resident of village Issru near Khanna and Kushvir Singh, a resident of village Machhrai Khurd near Amloh have been booked under various sections of NDPS Act. Sources said that the police arrested both persons with 5 gram smack near village Machhari Khurd.

In the second incident the Anti Narcotic Cell of the district police seized six gram smack from a woman identified as Parveen from her purse during checking near Madrasi Colony, Sirhind. She too has been booked under NDPS Act.
