Six robbers arrested
Nashik, June 10 (UNI) Police here arrested six armed robbers from Nandur Phata on the Nashik-Pune Road today.
According to police, a patrolling team of Wavi police spotted a car moving towards Sangamner. Police chased the car and stopped it near Nandur Pahat on the Nashik-Pune Road.
On search of the vehicle, police found a pistol, nylon ropes, knife, iron rods and four mobile handsets.
Raju Kumawat, Gopal Kumawat, Bhushan Salwe, Shyam Jadhav, Aaba Kale and Badal Sande were arrested by police.
The accused revealed that they were planning a robbery in the Siddhanth Bada temple at Barhad.
