Procedure to fill vacant posts of Mandi Board cancelled

Bhopal, Jun 10 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Agriculture Development and Farmer Welfare Minister Gopal Bhargava has cancelled the procedure of direct recruitment through a private agency to various posts of the Madhya Pradesh State Agriculture Marketing Board (MPSAMB).

He has directed to carry out the procedure through the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board.

Official sources said a private agency had been given the responsibility to fill 650 vacant posts of the State Agriculture Marketing Board.

However, when about 22,500 applications were received, the minister cancelled the procedure as he did not deem it proper and directed the MPPEB to carry out the procedure so that the selection be transparent and as per prescribed parameters.
