Omaxe forms Rohtas Holdings (Gulf) ltd at Dubai

Mumbai, Jun 10 (UNI) Omaxe Limited has formed/promoted/incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary with the name Rohtas Holdings (Gulf) Limited at Dubai, UAE.

The Company, through its subsidiary, has ventured by way of acquisition/joint venture through a Special Purpose Vehicle -- Golden Crescent RED&General Trading Limited, for development of a residential project in Dubai, with a project value of Rs 1,350 crore, the Company informed the BSE.

The Company has ventured by way of acquisition/joint venture through another Special Purpose Vehicle -- Marine Sands Limited, for a development of the project, with a project value of approx Rs 1500 crore.
