Gitanjali Gems acquires Fantasy Diamond

New Delhi, Jun 10 (UNI) Jewellery maker Gitanjali Gems Ltd today said it has raised its stake in Fantasy Diamond Cuts Pvt Ltd to make it a wholly-owned unit.

Fantasy was previously partially owned by Gitanjali, and now becomes a fully-owned subsidiary of the diamond jeweler.

The Mumbai-based firm said in a statement that it acquired 100 per cent shares in each of Eureka Finstock Pvt Ltd and Decent Securities&Finance Pvt Ltd, both of which were previously promoter group companies.

However, the company did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition.
