Boy killed, 5 injured as bus overturns in AP village
Tirupati, Jun 10 (UNI) A 13-year-old boy was killed on the spot and five serioulsy injured when a speeding Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus overturned at Mythur in Chandragiri mandal about 30 km from here this morning.
Police sources said the driver of the Bangalore-bound bus was running the vehicle at high speed and went into a mango groove and overturned.
The deceased was identified as Jayram Laxmiprasad.
The injuried were admitted to the Government Ruia Hospital here The driver fled from the scene, police added.
