19 injured in accident
Nashik, June 10 (UNI) As many as 19 people were injured when a bus hit a tree near Gonde Phata on the Mumbai-Agra Highway in Igatpuri taluka of the district today.
According to police sources, the MSRTC bus was on its way to Nashik from Igatpuri, when it met with the accident. The driver of the bus lost control of the vehicle in an attempt to avoid collision with a truck coming from the opposite direction.
Atleast 19 people received minor injuries in the accident.
However, the truck driver escaped after the accident.
