US firm cancels 150 MW order from Suzlon

New Delhi, June 9 (UNI) Wind turbine maker Suzlon Energy Ltd today said a customer in the US has cancelled purchase of 150 units of its turbines.

This has reduced the order backlog by 315 megawatts, company said in a statement.

California-based Edison Mission Energy has decided not to buy the turbines which were due for delivery in 2009, it added.
