Rupee drops at 42.91/92 per USD
Mumbai, Jun 9 (UNI) Rupee slipped at 42.91/92 against US Dollar in the opening trade, weakened around 25 paise from its previous close of 42.66/67 per Dollar following the sharp fall in the local equity market.
The Indian currency fell sharply against greenback on concerns equity outflows could intensify amid weakening economic outlook, dealers said.
