Reliance Infra buys back 2.53 lakh equity shares
Mumbai, Jun 9 (UNI) Anil Dhirubahi Ambani Group-owned Reliance Infrastructure Ltd today bought-back 2,53,002 equity shares of the company, aggregating the buy-back of 40.60 lakh shares.
Since the commencement of the buy-back on March 25 this year, Reliance Infra has so far bought back 40.60 lakh equity shares amounting to Rs 501.82 crore, Reliance Infra said in a release today.
The shareholders of Reliance Infra have approved buy-back of equity shares of the company up to an aggregate amount of Rs 2000 crore, it added.
