Neelam Dhawan joins HP India
New Delhi, June 9 (UNI) Hewlett-Packard today said the former managing director of Microsoft India Neelam Dhawan will join its India unit in the same capacity.
Ms Dhawan, 48, will be based in New Delhi and report to Balu Doraisamy, as Managing Director for HP in Asia Pacific and Japan, starting July 1, a company statement said.
''She will be responsible for driving overall strategy, revenues and profitability for HP India,'' it said.
Ms Dhawan, who has previously worked with Compaq and IBM, has had an earlier stint with HP as vice president of the customer solutions group.
Her exit from Microsoft was announced last week.
