Era Infra bags Rs 85.20 cr order

New Delhi, Jun 9 (UNI) Era Infra Engineering Ltd today said it has bagged a Rs 85.20 crore contract from Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd for the construction of EMU Maintenance Car Shed between Nallasopara and Virar stations.

The project, which has been secured through the construction and contracts division, is scheduled to be completed by November 2009, a company statement said.

The order, being funded by International Bank for Reconstruction Development (IBRD), is part of Mumbai Urban Transport Project.

The scope of work involves the construction of RCC service buildings, roads, pathways, water supply, plumbing fire fighting, water/sewage/effluent treatment plants, general electrification and power supply in Virar Car Shed and design and construction of Pre-engineered Buildings (PEBs) for Car Shed including its pile foundations, roofing, cladding, supply and commissioning of EOT cranes etc in Virar Car Shed.
