Cognizant acquires SVC

New Delhi, June 9 (UNI) US-based technology and business processes consultant Cognizant today said it has acquired management and technology consulting firm Strategic Vision Consulting (SVC).

However, no financial details were disclosed.

This acquisition will expand Cognizant's consulting capabilities in the media and entertainment industry as SVC has leading media and entertainment companies as clients.

''It will allow us to help media and entertainment companies respond to the opportunities brought about by the digital transformation of the industry,'' said Cognizant President and CEO Francisco D'Souza.
