17 killed, 25 injured as bus collides with car
Kolhapur, Jun 9 (UNI) At least 17 people were killed and 25 injured, when a Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation bus collided with a car, near Karanjoshi village on the Kolhapur Ratnagiri National highway, about 50 kms from here today.
The bus was on its way to Malkapur from Kolhapur, while the car was coming from the opposite direction, when the accident occurred.
Police immediately reached the spot and the injured were rushed to different hospitals, police said.
