Over 400 cases decided in Lok Adalats
Chandigarh, Jun 8 (UNI) As many as 461 cases pertaining to civil, petty criminal, revenue and mutation were settled in Rural Lok Adalats held today.
These Adalats were held at eight villages, namely Kalpi (Ambala), Jalmana (Assandh-Karnal), Lehrara (Sonipat), Dulana (Mohindergarh-Narnaul), Hari Nagar (Rewari), Tumna (Kosli-Rewari), Charkhi (Charkhi Dadri-Bhiwani) and Sagwan (Bhiwani).
While giving this information, a spokesman of the Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HALSA) said that if any person who was interested to get his or her case settled in the Lok Adalats, he or she might move an application to the concerned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman or Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority in district or Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Senior Most Civil Judge-cum-Chairman of Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee under whose jurisdiction the case falls.
