Declare 'Ramsetu' a national heritage: Dr Swamy

Mumbai, Jun 8 (UNI) Janata Party president Subramaniam Swamy today stressed the need to protect the ancient -Ramsetu- and demanded that it be declared a national heritage.

Speaking at a function organised by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, the former Union Minister observed, ''Ramsetu is man made and Ramkatha is a reality.'' ''An alternative should be found out for the Sethusamudram project without disturbing Ramsetu,'' he added.
