2 lax cops suspended

Pratapgarh, June 8 (UNI) Two policemen were suspended for dereliction of duty in a murder case in Antu area here.

Police today said the guilty cops were sub-inspector of Halke, Chandra Kumar, and beat constable Jai Prakash Singh.

On June 6, Darshan was axed to death by some assailants over a lease dispute.

Meanwhile, police have sent to jail two people in connection with the crime.
