Rapist held after 12 years

Etah, June 7 (UNI) Local police today apprehended a rapist, who was at large since 12 years after assualting a German woman.

On October 25, 1996 the Stephen couple, who had come on a trip to India, were kidnapped near this district.

Later, the woman was gang-raped, police said.

Accused, Raj Bahadur, was nabbed near Nardoli village in Kanshiram Nagar district. He was also wanted by police for his involvement in some other crimes.
