Mild quake experienced in the state

New Delhi, Jun 7: A mild quake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale occurred in parts of Gaya, Bihar, early this morning.

The tremor, epicentered at 24.7 degrees north latitude and 85.0 degrees east longitude, was felt at 0247 hrs, India Meteorological Department said.

There was no report of any casualty, they said.
