Gitam to open campus in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Jun 7 (UNI) The Visakhapatnam-based Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) will open its first state-of-the-art campus here from this academic year.

Gitam Principal Sivaramakrishna told reporters here today that the Hyderabad campus would initially offer Engineering and Management programmes and other courses thereafter.

The institute in its 28 years of existence, had emerged as one of the most sought-after professional education in the country, culminating in the Declaration of GITAM as University in 2007 by the University Grants Commission, he claimed.
