Uppal Housing launches Rs 250 cr group housing project in Faridabad

New Delhi, Jun 6 (UNI) Real estate player Uppal Housing Ltd today said it has launched a group housing project 'Uppal's Jade' in Faridabad, with an investment of Rs 250 crore.

''The project, spread over 13.25 acres, will be developed with an estimated investment of Rs 250 crore,'' a company statement said.

The project will have multi-storied condominium housing about 700 units and provide two to three Bedroom premium apartments with value-added amenities.

It will also offer facilities like health clubs, swimming pool, medical facilities, innovative two-tier covered parking and a commercial complex.

The project would be ready for occupancy by 2010 end.
