Temple burgled in Kerala

Thrissur, Jun 6 (UNI) Close on the heels of burglary at the Sree Rama Temple at Tripreyar, a silver crown and two gold chains were found missing from the Subramanniya Temple at Kumaramkode near Vadakkekad in this district today.

Police said the sanctum sanctorum of the temple was forced open and two coffers were also found broken.

The loss was yet to be estimated, police said.
