T Jeevan Reddy sworn-in as Minister in AP

Hyderabad, Jun 6 (UNI) Mr T Jeevan Reddy was inducted into the Y S Rajasekhara Reddy Ministry in Andhra Pradesh today.

He was administered the oath of office by Governor N D Tiwari in the forecourt of the Raj Bhavan here at a simple function this evening.

Mr Reddy had quit as State Road and Buildings Minister to contest against Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President K Chandrasekhara Rao from the Karimnagar Lok Sabha constituency in the by-elections held on May 29. He had, however, lost to Mr Rao by a little over 15,000 votes.
