No anti incumbency in Andhra Pradesh: Moily

Hyderabad, Jun 6: Senior Congress leader and state party affairs incharge Veerappa Moily today said the recent Congress victory in the by-election had proved that the Government was not facing any 'anti incumbency' factor in the State.

Speaking to newspersons here, Mr Moily, who came to the city to participate in Congress meeting to be held tomorrow, said ''there was no dissidence in the party on the Government led by Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.'' Congratulating Dr Reddy and State Congress President D Srinivas for the party's victory in the by-election, Mr Moily said the State stood first in implementing several development and welfare schemes in the country.
