IIFA honors Dr R K Pachauri with global business leadership award

New Delhi, June 6 (ANI/Business Wire India): Dr R K Pachauri was honored by IIFA with the 'Global Business Leadership Award' at the FICCI-IIFA Global Business Forum in Bangkok.

'Star of the millennium' Amitabh Bachchan who introduced the audiences to Dr. Pachauri and his work addressed the ceremony.

The award had the presence of world business leaders and dignitaries gathered to discuss issues of global significance.

Dr Pachauri addressed the issues on Climate Change and the initiatives that Corporates can take to ensure sustainable development and combat climate change.

Later, Dr Pachauri and Bachchan planted tress in Lumpini Park, located in the heart of Bangkok.
