Aiyar to inaugurate NEZCS summit on June 16

Kohima, Jun 6: Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Mani Shankar Aiyar will inaugurate a six-day North East Zonal Cultural summit at the Indira Gandhi Stadium here on June 16.

A release issued here today by Nagaland University (NU) stated that the summit would be organised by the varsity and SPIC MACAY in collaboration with the DoNER Ministry and Nagaland government.

The theme of the summit will be 'A celebration of our composite heritage.' World-renowned artists are expected to participate in the summit.

The NU release also stated that all nominated academic institutions and colleges under the university would participate in the summit.
