Air Arabia doubles flights to Mumbai
Dubai, Jun 6: Budget carrier Air Arabia will double its flight, from Mumbai to the airline's primary hub in Sharjah, to twice a day beginning tomorrow.
"This move underscores Air Arabia's commitment the burgeoning Indian market and the city of Mumbai," said AK Nizar, Head of Commercial Department, Air Arabia. "Today, even more people in the large Indian expatriate population living in the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region can take advantage of our extensive West Asian and international network," he added. Air Arabia currently serves 11 destinations in India. The other destinations are Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Ahmdedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Nagpur, Kozhikode and Delhi.
