5 Youth Cong. activists injured

Thrissur, June 6 (UNI) Five Youth Congress activists were injured when police resorted to lathicharge to disperse a rally, demanding Tax reduction on petroleum products.

The police had to use force to disperse them, as the demonstration led by District Youth Congress member Bejoy Babu turned violent.

The injured were admitted to a local hospital.
