Oman Air launches daily flight in Muscat-Kozhikode sector
Kozhikode, Jun 5 (UNI) Oman Air today launched daily flight service between Muscat and Karipur International Airport, near here.
Talking to newspersons here, airline Country Manager Mohammed Salim said, with this, Karipur became the airlines' ninth Indian destination, taking the total capacity across India to 68 weekly flights.
The flight, which would have capacity of 154 seats, including 12 in the business class, would offer an attractive tariff between Rs 4,800 and Rs 5,000, he added.
The other destinations of the airlines are Mumbai, New Delhi, Kochi, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai, Lucknow and Jaipur.
As per the schedule, the flight would depart from Muscat International Airport at 0145 hrs (local time) and arrive at Karipur at 0635 hrs. In return direction, it will take off from Karipur at 0730 hrs and reach the destination at 0930 hrs(local time).
Mr Salim said the airlines would launch its services from Bangalore on June 15.
