India to register high economic growth : RBI

Hyderabad, Jun 5 (UNI) RBI Governor YV Reddy tonight expressed confidence that India would continue to register high growth rate during this year.

Talking to newspersons here, he said " fundamental drivers to growth continues to be strong.

Dr Reddy said Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was expected to grow between 8 to 8.5 per cent, subject to monsoon conditions, We are closely monitoring the extraordinary global situation, growth and inflation.
