YMCA-elections postponed

New Delhi, June 4 (UNI) The National Council of YMCAs(NCYI) of India has postponed the meeting to elect Office-bearers and members of its National Board.

The meeting was scheduled to be held in Chennai on June 7 but due to the pendency of some matters in Delhi courts the elections were postponed.

A release of NCYI of India said here today that the elections have been postponed because the case regarding the suspension of Mr T Thomas, NGS is pending in court.

The new dates of elections would be intimated after the court permission, the release said.
