President greets Karunanidhi on B'day

Chennai, Jun 3 (UNI) President Pratibha Devisingh Patil tonight greeted Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK Patriarch, M Karunanidhi on the occasion of his 85th birthday.

Ms Patil spoke to Mr Karunanidhi over phone and greeted him, an official release here said.

Mr Karunanidhi thanked the President for her gesture.
