Pixie Geldof follows in mum Paula Yates' Tatler footsteps

London, June 4 : Pixie Geldof is following in the footsteps of late mum Paula Yates by posing as the cover girl of Tatler magazine.

Paula posed for the posh mag in 1982 at the age of 23. At the time she was dating Bob Geldof.

Now, daughter Pixie has gone one better by snagging a deal to pose for the cover, and that too at the age of just 17.

Pixie is seen sporting a jaunty red sailor's cap - a tribute to her mum's wide brimmed black titfer, reports the Daily Star.

Hailed as the "the coolest girl in town" by Tatler, Pixie is also seen wearing a red, black and white striped mini-dress.
