DLF net stands at Rs 2,574.59 crore YoY

New Delhi, Jun 4: Country's realty major DLF today said it has posted a net profit of Rs 2,574.59 crore for the year ended March 2008, against Rs 406.91 crore over the same period a year ago. The city-based firm's total income has increased from Rs 1,429.48 crore for the year ended March 2007 to Rs 6,058.45 crore for the year ended March 2008.

The Group's consolidated net profit has gone to Rs 7,812.03 crore for the year ended March 2008 from Rs 1,933.64 crore for the year ended March 2007. Its consolidated total income has increased from Rs 4,053.30 crore for the year ended March 2007 to Rs 14,683.91 crore for the year ended March 2008.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 100 per cent making the aggregate dividend of Rs four per share of a par value of Rs two each for FY07-08.
