Compucom Software bags Rs 142 cr project from Rajasthan govt
New Delhi, June 4 (UNI) Compucom Software today said it has signed an agreement worth Rs 142 crore for providing computer education in Rajasthan.
''The order will be executed on BOOT basis in 2,292 government schools in Rajasthan and has been awarded by Secondary Education Department, Government of Rajasthan,'' a company statement said.
Under the project, the company will provide computer education to around one million students.
The company has massive plans for capturing the advantage of Indian Education Expenditure planned through government-promoted Public-Private Partnership model across India fuelled by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSS), it added.
