Allen Pereira takes over as CMD of BoM

Mumbai, Jun 4 (UNI) Allen C A Pereira has taken over as the new Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Maharashtra.

Mr Pereira was Executive Director, Oriental Bank of Commerce and has spend about 34 years in banking sector, BoM informed here today.

Mr Pereira has replaced Mr M D Mallya, who is now Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Baroda.
