Major fire in Noida plastic factory

Noida, Jun 3 (UNI) A major fire broke out in a plastic manufacturing plant in Noida early today.

FSO Abhay Bhan Pandey from Fire Services said the fire in the plastic parts manufacturing factory occurred at 0715 hrs and added short circuit could be the reason behind it.

He said twelve fire tenders were rushed to the spot which included four from nearby private companies.

Efforts were on to control the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby factories.
