Koirala looking for individual to lead constitution drafting committee

Kathmandu, June 3 : Prime Minister of Nepal Girija Prasad Koirala is looking for a person to lead the constitution drafting committee.

According to Nepalnews, Koirala has proposed the names of former Nepal Chief Justice Bishwo Nath Upadhyay, political analyst Nilamber Acharya and senior advocate Daman Nath Dhungana from whom one could be chosen to lead the committee.

Koirala had earlier proposed former Unified Marxist Leninist (UML) general secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal for the post but he had turned down Koirala's proposal to head the committee.
