Farmer commits suicide due to debt

Madekeri, June 3 (UNI) A 65-year-old farmer, unable to repay loan, has committed suicide by consuming poison at Doddhanakodu village near Somwarpet on Masy 31.

According to police, H B Sannappa was immediately shifted to Mysore for treatment but he breathed lost on the way.

His son Subramani said that his father was worried about repayment of loan taken from Corporation Bank, VSSN Bank and others.
