Aekta Ltd changes name to Ludlow Jute
New Delhi, Jun 3 (UNI) Aekta Ltd today said it has changed company name to 'Ludlow Jute&Specialities Ltd' with effect from the May 22, 2008.
The company has received Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon change of name dated May 22, 2008 from the Office of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, a company statement said.
